Ice Cream Parlor in Soutdern Pines

Best ice cream I’ve ever tasted. Their Lavender Honey is heavenly. I’m a ice cream freak and have done things like 20 flight blind taste tests of ice cream in Vegas, had gelato in Florence and Paris, and this place is my favorite. We even have framed art of the ice cream parlor in our Washington DC home lol. Definitely go if you’re in town!

Always seem to be busy but that just means its a great place right! Very friendly staff and great ice cream of course!

Kettle parlor where you can be delighted by their specials. Spectacular ice creams and the staff is so friendly. We always stop there to have a snack, or even an early dinner

We love this local ice cream parlor. They do a wonderful job of preserving the love and excitement of a local, small town ice cream shop. We brought our kid here for his first ice cream cone, and he was instantly hooked. The service is always warm and welcoming, plus the interior contains a picturesque graphic record of the historical downtown Southern Pines. We will definitely be repeat customers throughout the summer. They even offer hotdogs and shakes too if you wander in a little hungrier.

Best ice cream of your LIFE! Everything on the menu is delicious. Lowest prices in DTSP. Small, locally owned business run by one of the nicest guys around! Highly recommend!!

My vege dog was good as usual as was the friendly service. They are set up for Covid guidelines and that made us feel comfortable eating there as well

Food was very good. Service was friendly, fast and above and beyond expectations! I had an issue with my sandwich (my fault-not theirs), they corrected it quickly -no charge. Couldn't ask for more when it was my mistake!!

The Home Made Chocolate & Vanilla Ice Cream is delicious! The crew here are very courteous & happy all the time! They also make some delicious milkshakes that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting from out of town! That said the straws for said milkshake could be a wider straw! I've had difficulties in the past with 1 straw but I use 2 straws & it's fine. Besides the straw thing I The Southern Pines Ice Cream Parlor a good, solid 5 stars!

Nice assortment of ice creams. The graham central station is amazing. My boyfriend loves the banana and cherry flavors. I cant comment on the menu items but stop by for a cone. Kiddie cone is more than enough at a reasonable price.

Fresh-squeezed lemonade and homemade icecream! Quick friendly service! Club sandwich was perfect fuel for walking through the shops downtown

Such an amazing place to eat! It was my first time eating here and I will definitely be coming back. The workers were so friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our meal. The chefs salad was perfect for the hot summer day!

This is where me and my boyfriend go for our little dates whenever I finish doctor appts and it is the best I love there icecream and lobster bisque my boyfriend loves there hot dogs they cook them on a roller and they come out just right

They have good wraps and they make some of their own ice creams. We had their blueberry and strawberry ice creams. Very delicious!😜

Great service good ice cream

A wonderful little ice cream shop, owned by amazing owners with secretly incredible food. Anything you order off the stable menu is satisfying, however if you are looking for a dining experience go for the special (AMAZING). The specials tend to sell out and they don't always repeat them. One of the things I love about them is if you have a special and give them input they will listen to your feedback. Also there's ice cream of course. From homemade opinions to classic favorites they have it all and specialty drinks as well. Try an somewhat of a secret menu item and get a freeze (a blended sorbet drink treat). Incredibly family friendly place and all together a must try.

It's a great place to get a quick sandwich or dessert. The ice cream is very good and the sandwiches are as well.

Th milkshakes and ice cream are great. The burgers are just ok (appear to be frozen burgers) with a variety of toppings. Potato salad is the excellent. The cole slaw I couldn’t eat.

Great place to stop by to grab lunch and get some ice cream! Their hot dogs and fries are old fashioned and just what the doctor ordered. Also love their orange-ade. A must try if in the area!

Quick service. Had some very original homemade ice cream flavors. Value was excellent. Price of five ice cream cones was equal to two or three comes back North.

Their chocolate ice cream is amazing. Every time I go there I want to try other flavors but I can’t because I look at the chocolate and know that’s what I’m getting.

I love this place and their staff is always a delight! They have a good selection of ice cream, too. Their specials never fail to impress.

I love the Ice Cream Parlor. I take my son here all the time and it's always one of the first places he asks me to go when we get downtown. It's one of the local gems here that helps give Southern Pines a feeling of being a community rather than just being another small town. The staff is friendly and accommodating. My favorite thing to get here is the Patty Melt. I also would suggest checking whatever they are serving as the special of the day. They'll often get things in as a special that aren't on the menu regularly and are amazingly good!

Very sweet staff. Cute little parlor. Ice cream was good. Just didn’t have plan strawberry or cookies and cream. But overall would def take my kiddos back
